On April 9, 2025, the EDIH Cassovium team participated in the Digital Future conference held in Prešov as part of the national project “Digital Skills for a Green Future of Slovakia.” The event is part of a nationwide series of conferences aimed at supporting digital and green transformation in the regions.
The goal of the project is to help organizations respond to the changing demands of the digital age through targeted support in education and upskilling of employees.
EDIH Cassovium was actively present throughout the day—providing consultations, presenting its digitalization services, and establishing cooperation with other Slovak EDIHs. The event also featured stands from European Digital Innovation Hubs, offering the opportunity to assess the digital maturity of one’s business.
The conference featured expert-led seminars covering topics such as Industry 4.0, advanced technologies, cybersecurity, smart energy systems, and efficient waste management. Joint presentations and a panel discussion focused on opportunities to support businesses and public administration were also part of the agenda.
The event took place under the DIGITAL (Digital Europe Programme) and the Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Slovak Republic, specifically within task WP4 / T4.1 – Capacity building of the regional innovation ecosystem of the EDIH CASSOVIUM (EDCASS) project.
