EDIH CASSOVIUM
EDIH CASSOVIUM (EDCASS) is part of the European network of Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH). In an effort to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the European Union (EU), the European Commission supports the creation of a network of approximately 200 centers covering all EU regions. In Slovakia, five hubs have been selected, formed by consortia of renowned institutions with high expertise in various fields. The EDIH CASSOVIUM consortium consists of the Technical University of Košice (coordinator), Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice, and the Košice IT Valley cluster.
EDIH CASSOVIUM will guide businesses and public sector organizations through the process of digital transformation, aiming to increase their competitiveness and efficiency through innovative use of digital technologies. It will help clients obtain funding for their digital innovations, create a supportive incubation environment for accelerating high-tech start-ups, and foster a digital innovation ecosystem in the region by engaging local, regional, national, and European stakeholders in digital transformation.
The EDIH CASSOVIUM project is supported by the Digital Europe Programme and the Slovak Recovery and Resilience Plan.
